WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Police are investigating a deadly hit and run in the Diamond City.
Cops say a man was trying to Cross Spring Street near the Dunkin Donuts Thursday morning when he was struck by a car.
The victim died at the hospital.
No word on what led up to the crash in Wilkes-Barre.
