WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — The Luzerne County Coroner's Office confirmed that a man has died after being hit by a vehicle early Tuesday morning in Wilkes-Barre. The incident happened around 2am near the intersection of Scott and Mill Street.
The victim's name has not been released and there is no word yet on if the driver of the vehicle will be charged.
