PITTSTON, Pa. — Preparations are officially underway for a beloved festival in Luzerne County.

Newswatch 16 found crews painting Main Street red on Tuesday for the Pittston Tomato Festival.

The annual festival kicks off Thursday and runs through Sunday in Luzerne County.
