WILKES-BARRE — An Exeter police officer is suing the borough, claiming officials illegally backed out of a disciplinary agreement.
Sgt. Leonard Galli was in court Thursday, a day after filing the lawsuit.
Court records in Luzerne County show Galli was placed on administrative leave in February for allegedly watching pornography and soliciting sexual relationships using his work computer while on the clock.
