PLAINS, Plains Township — Newswatch 16's Chelsea Strub got to be a guest reader at Solomon Plains Elementary School Tuesday morning.
She read "Horton Hatches the Egg" to sixth graders at the school in Luzerne County.
Read Across America is an initiative on reading created by the National Education Association.
