PITTSTON, Pa. — There are new charges against a former karate instructor in Luzerne County accused of molesting children.
Four more accusers have come forward against 57-year-old David Williams of Pittston.
He was arrested in February amidst accusations from numerous people that date back as far as the 1980s.
