SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY, Pa. — Folks are seeing some action in the skies this weekend.
About 70 military helicopters have begun flying over Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.
The choppers are departing from Rome, New York, and traveling to the Philadelphia area, Saturday through Monday.
Viewer Mary Gabriel spotted several helicopters flying over Springville in Susquehanna County around 10 a.m. Saturday morning.
The times of the flyovers will vary each day.
The airport stresses this is only an exercise.
