LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A Luzerne County man has pleaded guilty after escaping from prison.
Back in January, Billy Partington was mistakenly released from the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Wilkes-Barre.
Bail was posted for his half-brother, Drake Partington, but the wrong brother was called to be discharged.
Billy signed the release form and walked out. He was captured days later and charged with escape.
He will be sentenced next month in Luzerne County.
