DALLAS TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- An early morning crash killed a pedestrian along a busy road in Luzerne County.
Police say Andrew Livinghouse, 34, of Cochranville, was standing in the road on Route 309 in Dallas Township around 2:30 a.m. Saturday when he was hit by a car.
Investigators say he was wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, and a black hat.
Livinghouse died at the scene.
No charges against the driver are expected.
That part of Route 309 was shut down for about two and a half hours while police investigated.
