PLYMOUTH, Pa. — Zackery Kizer of Plymouth was charged with impersonating a public servant and theft by deception.
Officers say Kizer entered the Family Dollar in Plymouth earlier this month, dressed as a police officer, and told an employee he was a state police detective assisting local authorities with an investigation into a deadly drowning.
Kizer is locked up tonight in Luzerne County.
