HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A New Jersey man was taken into custody on Wednesday morning in Luzerne County for homicide and other charges.
Hanover Township Police Department, along with the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, apprehended a man from Newark, N.J., on Wednesday morning at the Marion Terrace Apartments in Hanover Township for charges of aggravated manslaughter, unlawful possession of a weapon, and aggravated assault.
The man was extradited to authorities in New Jersey.
