LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Members of Luzerne County's new Government Study Commission will be sworn in at the courthouse in Wilkes-Barre on Monday.
Voters approved a commission and seven members during the Primary Election.
The group will re-examine the county's home charter, which went into effect in 2012, replacing the three commissioners with a county council.
Any changes the commission suggests would have to be approved by voters in Luzerne County.
