LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A Luzerne County man faces child porn charges.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Garfet Patton, 60, of Dallas, faces charges related to the possession and distribution of child porn.
The alleged offenses took place in Luzerne County between June and September of 2024.
Patton was indicted by a federal grand jury earlier this week.
If convicted, Patton could face up to 80 years in prison.
