LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — One community in Luzerne County is embracing the start of the season with a fall festival.
On Saturday, the Edwardsville Hometown Committee hosted the event at John Hopkins Memorial Park on High Street in Edwardsville.
Folks could come in for free and enjoy food, fall merch, baked goods, and wine.
There was fun for all ages, with a children's pumpkin patch and a petting zoo.
Stacey Casey from the Edwardsville Hometown Committee says, "We do it for the community. We want the kids to be able to come and do something for free. So this time, they got all this fun stuff that they maybe normally wouldn't get. So it means a lot to see everybody out here. We enjoy it."
This fall festival wrapped up at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
