WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A mobile spay and neutering event was held in Luzerne County.
The NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative sponsored the clinic along Hazel Street in Wilkes-Barre.
Officials say there's an overwhelming need for low-cost spay and neuter services for both domestic and feral cats.
Pet owners had to pre-register for the clinic, which cost $5 for strays and $10 for pets.
