LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — There will be lane restrictions on Interstate 81 in Luzerne County on Tuesday.
Work on both sides of the highway will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 11 a.m.
The restrictions will be in place between the airport and Moosic exits.
