LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Road work is causing some traffic trouble on I-81 in Luzerne County.
PennDOT crews are working on bridge deck patching on I-81 North in Wilkes-Barre Township near the Highland Park Exit.
A lane restriction is in place.
Crews are expected to work on the repairs until 2:00 pm Tuesday.
