LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Road work is causing some traffic trouble on I-81 in Luzerne County.
PennDOT crews are working on emergency bridge deck repairs on I-81 North in Dorrance Township near the Dorrance Rest Area.
A lane restriction is in place.
Crews are expected to work on the repairs until the end of the day.
