KINGSTON, Pa. — A woman faces charges in Luzerne County after allegedly leaving her dogs unattended for weeks, leading to the death of a puppy.
Police say Nicole Williams left a dog and two puppies without food or water in a home along Schuyler Avenue in Kingston.
Officers found a puppy dead in a crate, and unsanitary conditions inside the home.
Williams is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals in Luzerne County.
