WYOMING, Pa. — Brian Lyons, 11, received his Junior Trooper Certificate and Pennsylvania State Police patch for all the community service work he does in the Wyoming Valley.
Brian serves as junior fire chief at the Elm Hill Hose Company in Plymouth.
We first met him last summer when he sold enough lemonade to help buy the jaws of life for his fire company in Luzerne County.
