WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A heavy police presence gathered in Wilkes-Barre Township late Friday night.
Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department issued a Shelter in Place Advisory for residents in the area of St. John’s Byzantine Church, Chestnut Street, and Church Street.
There is no word on what led police to the area.
