HAZLETON, Pa. — The Hazleton Parks and Recreation hosted its annual Independence Day Celebration at City View Park on Saturday.
Before the fireworks show, there was live music, games, face painting, and the park recently opened a special needs playground.
New this year was the addition of a mechanical bull.
"I'm here just for the activities for kids, you know. I have two children so, and food! That's my thing, food; I'm here just for food," said Flor, Hazleton.
The fireworks show went off at 9:45 p.m. in Luzerne County.
