WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Gwen Walz, the wife of Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz, stopped in Wilkes-Barre Friday.
She spent the afternoon at the Democratic headquarters along the public square, highlighting Pennsylvania's role in this presidential election.
"I know here in Pennsylvania, you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. I see it in every single place in Pennsylvania. So, I wanted to come here today in the final days of the campaign," said Gwen Walz.
After her speech, Walz called local volunteers and thanked them for helping with the Harris-Walz campaign in northeastern Pennsylvania.
