LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A Scranton man has pleaded guilty for his role in a case of road rage.
Erik Viquez, 26, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault on Monday.
According to police, Viquez was driving on the Cross Valley Expressway near Kingston in January 2023 when another car tried to pass him on the exit.
Investigators said Viquez pulled out a gun and shot at the other car with four people inside. No one was hit.
Viquez was later arrested at his home in Scranton.
