SWOYERSVILLE, Pa. — Fire destroyed a home on Monday morning in Luzerne County.
Firefighters were called to Labar Street in Swoyersville just before 10 a.m.
According to the fire chief, one person was home but got out safely.
He also says the gusty winds made fighting the flames more difficult.
A fire marshal is investigating the cause. However, officials say the fire does not seem suspicious in Luzerne County.
