AVOCA, Pa. — A fire ravaged a home in Luzerne County Sunday night.
Flames broke out around 8:30 p.m. along York Avenue in Avoca.
Multiple fire crews responded to help fight the blaze.
Officials say one person was home at the time of the fire and was taken to the hospital after breathing in smoke. There is no word yet on his condition.
A state police fire marshal has been called to investigate the cause of the fire in Luzerne County.
