LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Nearly a year after flooding caused significant damage to the Luzerne County Fairgrounds in Lehman Township, $500,000 will now be used to fix it.
Severe storms flooded the area in September.
Money from the American Rescue Plan Act will be used to rebuild drainage systems and roadways.
Fair officials hope to complete some of the work in time for this year's fair at the beginning of September.
