PITTSTON, Pa. — And before setting off to deliver presents, Santa took a train ride in Luzerne County.
Many came to ride with him on the Reading Blue Mountain & Northern Railroad Passenger train that departs from the station near Pittston.
While riding on the 80-minute train ride, families were able to listen to music and speak with Santa about his upcoming journey.
"We went on the train, and there were candy canes and cookies, and it was fun. 'Who else was on the train?' My family, my grandma, and my cousin Arianna," said Jenessa Martin, Duryea.
If you didn't get a chance to ride the Santa train this year, the railroad will have more opportunities for winter fun. To learn more, click here.
