LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A fall festival is taking place this weekend in Luzerne County.
The Hazle Township Fall Festival & Trail of Treats had free activities, prizes, and giveaways for children, as well as a costume contest. There are also vendors, raffles, and a new event at the fall festival; baby goat snuggling.
The festival runs until 5 p.m. Sunday in Hazle Township.
