HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Hanover Township police say they served a search warrant at a home on Boland Avenue.
Along with the cash, officers say they found crack cocaine hidden in a fake water pipe and other packaging material.
Kerry Wiltshire, 45, was arrested on a list of drug possession charges.
He is locked up without bail because of another drug arrest last year.
