DURYEA -- A dodgeball tournament aimed to help students learn in Luzerne County.
Parents and staff at Holy Rosary in Duryea held a dodgeball tournament Saturday afternoon.
The goal was to raise money to turn a classroom into a brand new science center for the students.
"It has been an awesome response. We've had a lot of response from within our school as well as outside our community. We've had teams playing all last night and then all day today," Principal Candice Lee said.
All proceeds raised by the tournament will go toward building the science lab.
