LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Flames ravaged a building in Luzerne County on Tuesday.
Flames sparked along North River Street in Plains near Wilkes-Barre just after 3 p.m.
Officials say no one was seriously injured.
What is left of the building will be demolished after that fire in Luzerne County.
