Woman hurt in Luzerne County crash

Officials say she had some injuries to her face but they were not life-threatening.

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A woman was hurt in a crash Tuesday morning in Luzerne County.

A car and FedEx truck collided around 7:30 a.m. on New Commerce Boulevard near Hanover.

The woman driving the car was taken to the hospital with some face injuries. The FedEx driver was not hurt.

New Commerce Boulevard was closed during the cleanup but reopened around 8:30 a.m.
