LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Part of a busy road has reopened in Luzerne County.
Carverton Road between McDermott Lane and 8th Street in Kingston Township was closed earlier this month for an emergency pipe replacement.
While the project is complete PennDOT says shoulder work will continue on Carverton Road.
