LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A car and bike show in Plains Township was held on Sunday in support of 12-year-old Lily Lenkiewicz, who's fighting rare pediatric brain disorders.

Folks were invited to enjoy food, vendors, raffles, bobbing for apples, pumpkin painting, and more.

Liz Paulewicz, Lily's mom, touched on how important the event was to her, “It's amazing, honestly, to see the support, especially from the car clubs and the vendors and the small businesses out here. It's amazing. It means less that we have to take out of our household for our own bills that we don't have to stress about at the end of the month."

Kids were encouraged to dress up, with awards being presented for costumes, bikes, and cars.

The car and bike show wrapped up on Sunday afternoon in Luzerne County.
