WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Investigators have determined what sparked a fire at an apartment building in Wilkes-Barre.
Last week, more than 100 residents were forced from their homes at the B'nai B'rith Senior Apartments along East Northampton Street in the city.
Fire officials say accidental careless smoking caused the fire.
All residents have since returned to the apartment building after the fire in Wilkes-Barre.
