LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A disappointing announcement was made Wednesday evening in Luzerne County.
Organizers say the annual Fourth of July ceremony to commemorate the Battle of Wyoming will be canceled this year.
Officials tell Newswatch 16 that the large crowd expected at the monument in Wyoming would have made social distancing difficult, if not impossible.
