AIDS Memorial Quilt Tour stops in Hazleton

The quilt tour began this weekend with its first stop at the Hazleton Art League.

HAZLETON, Pa. — The Hazleton Art League was the first stop for the NEPA Regional HIV Services AIDS Memorial Quilt Tour.

The art league had a 2-day exhibition of the quilt this weekend.

The quilt and tour bring awareness to the fact that anyone can struggle with HIV and AIDS and to remember and honor those who lost their lives.

The next stop for the quilt will be in Scranton next Saturday.
