LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — People gathered outside the Luzerne County Courthouse along North River Street in Wilkes-Barre for a 9/11 ceremony.
The Luzerne County District Attorney was joined by members of the Wilkes-Barre Police and fire departments to remember the victims of the deadliest terror attack ever to take place on American soil.
The event was held at 8:30 a.m. this morning in Wilkes-Barre.
