SCRANTON, Pa. — Work continues on a mural project along the Biden Expressway in downtown Scranton.
The lane closest to the University of Scranton will remain closed through September as crews paint that side.
The lane closest to the Radisson has reopened.
There is no word yet on when the mural project will be completed in Scranton.
