SCRANTON, Pa. — A woman from Olyphant is charged with fraud after allegedly stealing over $400,000 from her employer, the Children's Advocacy Center in Scranton.

51-year-old Angela Saar was charged Thursday in Federal Court.

Investigators say while Saar worked as the fiscal manager for four years, she inflated her paychecks by thousands of dollars, and diverted payments from fraudulent milage reimbursements.

According to court document, she's already pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud and agreed to pay full restitution.

Saar is due back in court next month.
