SCRANTON, Pa. — The 2nd annual Upcycle Fashion Show took place at the Marketplace at Steamtown in Scranton on Saturday.
High school students took to the runway in outfits redesigned from existing clothing.
The show was run by students who participate in Education Opportunity Centers, a non-profit that supports students with everything education-related.
Stormtracker 16 Meteorologist Jeremy Lewan even walked the runway at the Upcycle Fashion Show in Scranton.
