SOUTH ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A tractor-trailer rolled on the off-ramp of the Turnpike in South Abington Township.
It happened right before 11 p.m. on Wednesday.
Drivers could not access Interstate 81 from the Turnpike at the Clark's Summit exit.
There's no word on the driver's condition.
The traffic is moving again Thursday morning here in Lackawanna County.
