LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A teen who allegedly planned a shooting at Scranton High School has been sentenced.
Investigators say Sihayr Dickerson, 16, plotted to shoot rival gang members at the high school back in January and was arrested after he was found approaching the school with a loaded rifle.
Dickerson pleaded guilty in June to charges of aggravated assault and carrying a firearm without a license.
He was sentenced to 6 1/2 to 9 years behind bars in Lackawanna County.
