OLYPHANT, Pa. — It was a night of food, music, and fun in one part of Lackawanna County.
The Regal Room in Olyphant hosted the Tailgate Party Saturday night ahead of the San Francisco 49ers facing off against the Green Bay Packers, all to benefit St. Joseph's Center.
Organizers say it's a great way to come together as a community for a good cause.
"We're happy to build the community, we're happy to be here together to celebrate good music, good food, but really the good people of northeastern and central Pennsylvania who support us throughout the year, who help to raise funds for the services we have," said Sister Mary Alice Jacquinot, St. Joseph's Center.
The event wrapped up with some live music Saturday night in Lackawanna County.
