DICKSON CITY, Pa. — Drivers shared the road with a superload Wednesday in Lackawanna County.
A large transformer left Dickson City for a slow drive to a PP&L substation in Scott Township.
PP&L says the new transformer will replace and old one and make electric service more reliable in that part of Lackawanna County.
