OLYPHANT, Pa. — A Halloween event returned to a borough in Lackawanna County.
Olyphant's Spooktober event returns every third Thursday in October and scares up some fun for the whole family, including vendors, trick-or-treating, and pumpkin painting.
"And I walked up and down the whole block, and there’s a lot of really nice stuff, a lot of creativity that you could see out here tonight," said Leahbeth Evans, Peckville.
The event also included a basket raffle benefitting Amy's Way, a local non-profit aimed at helping people in recovery.
