MOOSIC, Pa. — Traffic was backing up at times along Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County.
Earlier Wednesday it was slow going in both directions between Moosic and Dunmore.
According to PennDOT, crews are sweeping the road and picking up litter.
This kind of work is expected to continue through Friday on Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County.
