SCRANTON, Pa. — Hundreds attended the 2nd annual Stars Health Fair Clinic at McNichols Plaza Elementary School in Scranton Wednesday night.
The fair aims to bring health resources and information to underserved communities.
Organizers tell us they want to partner with different community organizations to fight disparities in health care.
"One of the goals is to be able to get as many health care organizations out into the community, specifically targeting BIPOC communities, so communities of color, the growing immigrant communities that are moving to the Scranton area," said Jenny Monge, organizer.
20 booths were set up to promote good health at the clinic in Scranton.
