Police are looking for a missing child in Lackawanna County.
Nora Summa, age 2, from Spring Brook Township, was last seen around 11 a.m. Wednesday, wearing a light blue tank top, green shorts, and tie-dyed sandals. If anyone has seen or knows her whereabouts, please contact PSP Dunmore at 570-963-3156.
